MeineBase is een basisch mineraalzout voor het lichaam en heeft bovendien een PH van 8,5. Hoe gebruik ik MeinBase mineraalzout?

Ligbad

Gebruik 3 eetlepels op een bad warm water van tussen de 36 – 38 graden C. Het ligbad activeert het grootste gedeelte van de huid en daarmee de meeste zweet en talgklieren. Gebruik een borstel om je lichaam zacht en regelmatig te borstelen. Zo stimuleer je de bloedsomloop en verwijder je afvalstoffen. Voor een optimale werking lig je 45 – 60 minuten in het ligbad. Als kuur 1-2 ligbaden per week.

Voetbad

De voeten worden wel eens de hulp nieren genoemd. Door regelmatig een voetbad te nemen raak je afvalstoffen kwijt, en worden voedingsstoffen opgenomen en voed je de huid. Een voetbad is een prima alternatief voor als je geen ligbad hebt. Gebruik het als je naar je favoriete tv-programma kijkt of gewoon als je lekker in je luie stoel zit om een boek te lezen of om even niets te hoeven. Gebruik 1-2 eetlepels in een emmer/ teil water, zorg dat je voeten tot boven je enkels in het warme water staan. Watertemperatuur tussen 36 – 41 graden. Vermeng een snufje MeineBase zout in uw hand met wat warm water. Breng dit aan onder jouw met zeep gewassen oksels.

Dosering van MeineBase

Mocht je geen eetlepel in de buurt hebben. Het deksel van de verpakking is tegelijkertijd sluiting en handige maatschep. Aan de bovenkant vind je twee markeringen. Als je de deksel tot de bovenste markering vult, dan komt dit overeen met een eetlepel. De onderste markering geeft de hoeveelheid van een theelepel.
