Morgenstund’ Brownie

Ingrediënten voor 2 porties
20 eetl. MorgenStund’
35 g kokosvet en een beetje meer om in te vetten
70 g pure chocolade
1 ei
50 g rijstzoetstof (poeder)
1 snufje zout

Voor de vruchtensaus
125 g bessenmix, vers of diepgevroren
1 eetl. rijstzoetstof of ½ eetl. agavesiroop
1 eetl. sinaasappellikeur of water
een beetje poedersuiker om te bestrooien

Bereiding

Bakoven op 180 °C (boven-/onderwarmte) voorverwarmen. Twee kleine ovenvaste vormpjes of kleine kopjes met kokosvet invetten. Het overige kokosvet en de chocolade langzaam laten smelten in een pannetje. Het ei samen met de rijstzoetstof en het snufje zout met een handmixer schuimig kloppen. Het chocolademengsel vervolgens voorzichtig erdoor roeren en tot slot de rauwe MorgenStund’ erdoor roeren. Het deeg in de vormpjes vullen en ongeveer 10 minuten lang bakken.

Voor de saus alle ingrediënten in een steelpan doen en een paar minuten laten sudderen. De gebakjes na het bakken uit de vormpjes halen door deze om te draaien of in het vormpje met de saus op een bord garneren en met poedersuiker bestrooien.
